To keep cost low for our customers on the refill packs, we offer an untracked Australia Post Letter option at $2.50 flat rate. The trade off is that we can’t track and once we’ve sent it, it’s in Australia Post’s hands. Most of the time they are pretty good and manage to deliver in their estimated time frames of 5 - 8 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 12 business days, so it is best to expect that and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early 🙂 The tracked Australia Post registered mail option for refill packs would be $7.50 flat rate.
Note: Some Parcel Lockers may or may not accept refill orders sent with untracked Australia Post Letter shipping, so best to choose tracked if you’d like to send it to your parcel locker 😊
We ship carbon neutral :) and your products should be with you within 2-4 business days for major metro areas, and 4-6 business days for regional areas. You'll receive a tracking number once we process your order. (Unless you select the untracked Australia Post Letter option for refills-only orders)

Yep that's right, if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we'll happily give you your money back. All we ask is that you try our products for a full 30 days and if you are not completely happy, we will refund you. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend you insure your parcel. Happy Human will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
