If you're just getting the refill packs, free shipping applies with orders over A$20. Otherwise to keep costs low, we offer our customers an untracked Australia Post Letter option that is $2 flat rate. The trade off is that we can’t track and once we’ve sent it, it’s in Australia Post’s hands.  Most of the time they are pretty good and manage to deliver in their estimated time frames of 5 - 8 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 12 business days, so it is best to expect that and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early 🙂

Note: Some Parcel Lockers may or may not accept refill orders sent with letter untracked shipping, so best to choose tracked if you’d like to send it to your parcel locker 😊
